Fixing multiple things related to psram usage:
- fix conflicting psram0 dts node for all ESP32 SiP and SoC.
- fix dcache and icache area used in psram mapping.
- fix smh spiram heap allocations.
- add `espressif,esp32-psram` compatible to set psram0 size in dts.

This WDT is responsible for monitoring the external
32.728 Hz crystal connected to pins XTAL_32K_P and
XTAL_32K_N. If an oscillation failure is detected
the hardware automatically switch to RTC_RC_SLOW
clock source and triggers an interrupt.

The RTC subsystem in espressif's SOCs, among other tasks
is responsible for clock selection for CPU and for low
power domain clocks such as RTC_SLOW and RTC_FAST.
This commit allows for proper clock source and rate
selection for CPU, using the espressif, riscv and
espressif,xtensa-lx6/7 bindings.
It also enables clock selection for RTC_FAST and RTC_SLOW,
that impacts some peripherals, such as rtc_timer.

Remove all optional, initial CAN sample point properties and rely on the
CAN timing calculations to automatically pick the preferred sample point
location based on the initial bitrate.

Update the descriptions for the various CAN devicetree timing properties
specified in Time Quanta (TQ) to make it clear that these, if present, are
only used for the initial timing parameters.
Deprecate the (Re-)Synchronization Jump Width (SJW) devicetree properties
for both arbitration and data phase timing as these are now only used in
combination with the other TQ-based CAN timing properties, which are all
deprecated.

Introduce dtsi files representing the
current portfolio of chips and modules
based on the followint criteria:
- flash size
- psram size
- gpio count
- certification status

CPU idle states are not board specific. This patch moves ESP32 idle
states to the core SoC dts files. Board can always tweak some state
parameters (if needed), but the definition belongs to core SoC dts
files, same as e.g. peripherals.

On Espressif SoCs, the pin controller is a virtual device.
Pin settings are actually controlled in a distributed way.
Therefore, that node does not belong to the SoC bus.

Current uart driver implementation is incompleted regarding the
usage of DT_INST_FOREACH_STATUS_OKAY. If uart0 and uart2 are selected,
build breaks due to peripheral number ordering, which would be
0 and 1 in this case. This fix PR fix this by re-working the macros
and setting proper uart peripheral instances in DTSI, required for signal
routing configuration.

This commit updates device tree declarations by deferring
specific definitions to the board's DTS.

1) Allow use of interrup driven instance.
ROM implementation could be selected via dts compatiable.
2) Use UART rx fifo and timeout interrupt for end of message detection.
Added to decrease interrupts count on data reception
3) Use ESP_LL api.
