Utilize a code spell-checking tool to scan for and correct spelling errors
in `Kconfig` files within the `arch`, `boards`, `kernel`, `modules`,
`samples`, and `share` directory.
Additionally, incorporates a fix recommended by the reviewer.

Add `virtio-mmio` nodes that are retrieved from qemu internal
devicetree dump, to dts.
Also, enable the virtio-rng device on the command line.
Note: Ideally, it would be possible to dynamically generate the
command line by looking at the devicetree state,
but this PR is a fixed implementation to simplify it.
This will be addressed separately.

This commit reflects a difference between FE310-G000 and FE310-G002 SoCs,
since only the latter supports PMP. The result of that is the split of the
HiFive1 board into two separate targets, since the HWMv2 right now assumes
that board revisions share the same SoC.

With a missing RAM value in the ARC QEMU board YAML,
Twister assigns it 128. The min_ram filter for the
testcase is higher. The RAM in the ARC QEMU board DTS
is 4 MB. Update ARC QEMU board YAML to include 4 MB
of RAM so tests run on ARC QEMU.

Since Zephyr SDK 0.16.9, it has support for building the board
qemu_xtensa/sample_controller32/mpu. Addd the corresponding
toolchain entry in the YAML file so it can built with twister
without forcing toolchain.

Improve naming of the scheduler and call it what it is: simple. Using
'dumb' for the default scheduler algorithm in Zephyr is a bad idea.

Define RAM and Flash sizes for QEMU boards in the board YAML. This is
needed to ensure those boards are considered by Twister for tests that
require a minimum amount of RAM and Flash.

This commit adds a missing default value for the `DCHACHE_LINE_SIZE` option
for the `qemu_xtensa/sample_controller32/mpu` platform. This is required
after 8b39d4a613 added a build assert
checking this value against `core-isa.h` from Xtensa HAL.

Boards used for testing need to specify the available ram and
flash to be effectively filtered. If the entries are missing,
they default to 0, so any test which specifies minimum
ram or flash excludes them. This is especially an issue if
a board is specified as an integration platform.
Added entries for:
- qemu_cortex_a53
- qemu_xtensa_dc233c
- mps2_an385

This commit removes all references to the `xtools` toolchain variant in the
board YAML files.
Note that the `xtools` toolchain variant has been deprecated since Zephyr
v3.3.0 and now removed.
The removal process was automated using the following command line:

Xtensa cache line sizes aren't an obtuse area of pedantry like they
are in x86. Different cores already in Zephyr are already using
variant cache line sizes (64 and 128 bytes are both common).
And I tripped over this by using the wrong value because the kconfig
was being inherited (incorrectly) from a default somewhere.
Xtensa exposes the correct value in core-isa.h (well, unless the
toolchain/hal gets messed up). Add a check to make sure that our
platform kconfig gets it right.
Note that qemu/dc233c was already getting this wrong, leaving the
value at the kconfig default of zero. That was benign (qemu doesn't
provide any cache emulation for incoherent DMA), but needs to be
fixed.

BT uses PSA Crypto API to perform crypto operations and, on this
platform, these APIs are implemented through Mbed TLS. In order
to properly initialize this library, a random number generator
is required.
* If the platform supports an HW entropy generator (ex: native_sim,
nrf), then ENTROPY_GENERATOR must be used;
* Otherwise (ex: qemu_cortex_m3) test random generator can be
enabled.
Enabling the proper option at board Kconfig level allows for
a more compact code change instead of manually editing _all_
the samples/tests that required this fix.

This commit changes the way some x86 devicetree set the unit-address values
of memory nodes. Before the change, they were always set to `0`. After the
change, they are derived from the `DT_DRAM_BASE` macro to match the first
address specified by the reg property.

atom.dtsi enforces "intel,x86", but it doesn't help us discern if the
platform is 32 or 64-bit. We do that for example in RISC-V and it's
useful from the tooling perspective.

Full name was set based on the information available either in board
documentation or in Twister files.
Whenever applicable, vendor name was dropped from the full name so that
all boards have a consistent naming scheme.

This commit removes the y-selection of the `CONFIG_PINCTRL` Kconfig option
in FE310-based boards defconfig files.
It also makes drivers used in FE310 y-select `CONFIG_PINCTRL` if pinmuxing
is needed.

This commit introduces support for an alternate linking method in the
LLEXT subsystem, called "SLID" (short for Symbol Link Identifier),
enabled by the CONFIG_LLEXT_EXPORT_BUILTINS_BY_SLID Kconfig option.
SLID-based linking uses a unique identifier (integer) to identify
exported symbols, instead of using the symbol name as done currently.
This approach provides several benefits:
* linking is faster because the comparison operation to determine
whether we found the correct symbol in the export table is now an
integer compare, instead of a string compare
* binary size is reduced as symbol names can be dropped from the binary
* confidentiality is improved as a side-effect, as symbol names are no
longer present in the binary

Namespaced the generated headers with `zephyr` to prevent
potential conflict with other headers.
Introduce a temporary Kconfig `LEGACY_GENERATED_INCLUDE_PATH`
that is enabled by default. This allows the developers to
continue the use of the old include paths for the time being
until it is deprecated and eventually removed. The Kconfig will
generate a build-time warning message, similar to the
`CONFIG_TIMER_RANDOM_GENERATOR`.
Updated the includes path of in-tree sources accordingly.
Most of the changes here are scripted, check the PR for more
info.

QEMU 9.0 removes the `-no-acpi` option, which breaks emulation on x86
platforms when CONFIG_ACPI is not set. See:

This PR replaces `-no-acpi` with `-machine acpi=off`, as specified by
the QEMU documentation. It works on QEMU 8, but not been tested on
earlier versions.

The current memory mapped stack code requires actual physical
addresses for stacks, and cannot deal with stacks already using
virtual addresses. So disable mapped stack via defconfig.
Note that this is done before enabling memory mapped stacks on
x86 so test won't fail when the support in the architecture
code is introduced.

This commit removes the `Kconfig.core` file. It's been largely unused, and
the only symbol it provides (`RISCV_CORE_E31`) overlaps with the SoC-layer
provided `SOC_SERIES_SIFIVE_FREEDOM_FE300`.
As of date, the only SoC that uses the E31 core in Zephyr is the FE310 SoC.

Remove all optional, initial CAN sample point properties and rely on the
CAN timing calculations to automatically pick the preferred sample point
location based on the initial bitrate.
