It's not possible to get pinconfig of specific pin
in ambiq_gpio_port_get_raw function, change to use
OR value of RD and WT registers for one group of gpio.

Fixed uninitialized return value variable issue, which would cause
functions to wrongly return non-zero value despite a successful
execution.

Remove address-of operator ('&') when assigning `gpio_xxx_init`
function pointer in `DEVICE_DT_INST_DEFINE` macro.
This change aims to maintain consistency among the drivers in
`drivers/gpio`, ensuring that all function pointer assignments
follow the same pattern.

For the Ambiq Apollo4x soc, every 32 pins share the same IRQ
number. irq_disable() should not be called for the pin interrupt
disablement, otherwise the interrupt of pins in the same GPIO
group will be disabled as well.

Use the "ambiq,gpio" binding to combine the "ambiq,gpio-bank"
child nodes for Apollo4 Plus soc.
Also update the GPIO driver accordingly.
