This makes the list of Kconfig associated to the thread analyzer feature
more readable and also adds links to the detailed Kconfig documentation.

Remove unwanted reference link to the section (Usage)
in ARM Coresight Trace Deformatter that shows up in
the main Debugging documentation page, by lowering
the level of (Usage) heading from ##### to *****
The commit also has a typo fix.

This updates the documentation of all the Qemu boards
to use the new `zephyr:board::` directive.

The zephyr-app-commands directive can output a helpful hint to the user
when they are trying to build a sample that is in the Zephyr tree,
telling them to ensure they are in the root folder of the Zephyr repo.
Update all doc pages that were using :app: instead of :zephyr-app: so
that the hint is displayed.

Adds missing code-sample directive to the remaining samples in
`samples/subsys` that didn't use it yet in preparation for upcoming
changes to the Zephyr documentation that will be leveraging the provided
description and metadata.

Update core dump file format to support a new section which contains
metadata about threads necessary for debugging.
Define configs to capture that metadata and include it in the dumps
when enabled.
Update documentation to reflect the changes.

Update the Zephyr `gdbstub` documentation with its 'how to use'
example to align with former sample application replaced by the test.

Add support to coredump_gdbserver.py for running in a pipeline,
communicating through stdin/stdout instead of a socket.
This allows starting it from inside gdb, with:
target remote | coredump_gdbserver.py --pipe <elf_file> <log_file>

As both C and C++ standards require applications running under an OS to
return 'int', adapt that for Zephyr to align with those standard. This also
eliminates errors when building with clang when not using -ffreestanding,
and reduces the need for compiler flags to silence warnings for both clang
and gcc.

Move from using Kconfig GDBSTUB_SERIAL_BACKEND_NAME to a devicetree
chosen property ("zephyr,gdbstub-uart"). This is similar to a number
of other functions like "zephyr,shell-uart" or "zephyr,bt-uart".

Adds compatibility with Intel ADSP GDB from Zephyr SDK and
from Cadence toolchain to coredump_gdbserver.py.
Adds CAVS 15-25 (APL) register definitions. Implements
handle_register_single_read_packet to serve ADSP GDB
p packets.
Prevents BSA from changing between stack dump printout
and coredump by taking lock. Observed to be necessary for
accurate results on slower simulated platforms.

Add a pseudo device diver with device tree bindings for coredump.
The device tree bindings exposes memory address/size values to be
included in any dump. And the driver exposes an API to add/remove
dump memory regions at runtime.

At some recent point, directory <zephyr-root>/include was moved to
<zephyr-root>/include/zephyr. However, links from documentation to
Zephyr source on Github were not updated. Update them now.
