Maureen Helm	41634c82cc	drivers: interrupt_controller: Refactor drivers to use shared init prio Refactors interrupt controller drivers to use the shared driver class initialization priority configuration, CONFIG_INTC_INIT_PRIORITY, to allow configuring interrupt controller drivers separately from other devices. This is similar to other driver classes. The default is set to CONFIG_KERNEL_INIT_PRIORITY_DEFAULT to preserve the existing default initialization priority for most drivers. Andrew Boie	4f77c2ad53	kernel: rename z_arch_ to arch_ Promote the private z_arch_* namespace, which specifies the interface between the core kernel and the architecture code, to a new top-level namespace named arch_*. This allows our documentation generation to create online documentation for this set of interfaces, and this set of interfaces is worth treating in a more formal way anyway. Without this change it is not be possible to re-use the driver on boards where the timer and uart devices are located at different locations than 0xe0002800 and 0xe0001800 respectively.
