Add yaml file for 'xen, xen', because without it an appropriate
'CONFIG_DT_HAS_XEN_XEN_ENABLED' isn't generated.
It will be used for checking Xen support on current setup, instead of
checking if it is BOARD/SOC "xenvm" (which is not correct for Domain-0
configurations).
Remove xen,xen-4.15.yaml at all, because it isn't necessary to have
yaml for some specific Xen version.

The armv8 timer, arm gic, and arm gic-v3-its don't use or need the
devicetree label property. Update the dts bindings to not require it and
remove setting of the label property in dts files.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all boards code to the
new prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted,
refer to zephyrproject-rtos#45388 for more details.

This commit removes usage of Xen emulated PL011 SBSA UART in favor of
Xen PV console minimal implementation. Now boot log and application
output can be directly taken from hypervisor domain console, instead of
virtual UART.
Also Xen VM doc was updated according to these changes.

Split ARM and ARM64 architectures.
Details:
- CONFIG_ARM64 is decoupled from CONFIG_ARM (not a subset anymore)
- Arch and include AArch64 files are in a dedicated directory
(arch/arm64 and include/arch/arm64)
- AArch64 boards and SoC are moved to soc/arm64 and boards/arm64
- AArch64-specific DTS files are moved to dts/arm64
- The A72 support for the bcm_vk/viper board is moved in the
boards/bcm_vk/viper directory

The compatible for the ARMv8 timer should have been arm,armv8-timer and
not arm,arm-timer. The dts binding file name was correct, just the
compatible was wrong. Rename dts, binding, and associated code to use
arm,armv8-timer.

This commit adds minimal support for running zephyr as Xen guest. It
does not use xen PV console, which is somewhat hard to implement, as it
depends on xenbus infrastructure. Instead SBSA-compatible PL011 uart is
used.
